• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

4. Ticketing & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. For refund rules, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds follow our official Cancellation & Refund Policy. Classic Events is not responsible for organizer-led changes beyond what is covered in that policy.

6. Promoters & Organizers

By listing or promoting an event, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and lawful.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to host the event.
• Classic Events may feature or promote your listing at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features are owned by Classic Events and protected under copyright laws. Users may not copy, resell, or misuse content without permission.

8. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent bookings or payment scams.
• Upload viruses, spam, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent themselves as organizers or staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

Classic Events is not liable for event cancellations, damages, injuries, or losses incurred during events. Our liability is limited to the transaction value paid through our platform.

10. Privacy & Data

All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Amendments

Classic Events may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
