If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, customers receive a full 100% refund to their original payment method within 7–14 business days.

All service/processing fees are non-refundable, even for full ticket refunds.

5. Payment Splits

Refunds respect the original split (Organizer, Promoter, Platform). Each party is refunded only what they received.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, refunds may be offered at the discretion of the organizer and platform.
